This USB powered rainbow projector lamp is a popular choice for those looking to add a stylized, colorful atmosphere to their living spaces. The device is designed to project a circular light effect onto walls or ceilings, mimicking the aesthetic of a natural sunset or rainbow. Its primary appeal lies in the multi-angle rotation feature, which allows you to adjust the direction of the beam to suit different room layouts or photography needs. Whether used as a background for social media content or as a soft nightlight, it offers a simple way to change the mood of a room without a complex installation.
With thousands of orders already processed, this product has established a significant presence in the decorative lighting category. The high buyer rating suggests that most users are satisfied with the visual output relative to the cost. However, because it relies on a USB connection, you will need to provide your own power adapter or use a nearby port on a computer or power bank. It is a straightforward, single-function decorative tool that prioritizes visual impact over advanced smart features.
✅ Pros
High volume of orders and a strong buyer rating indicate consistent performance and reliability.
The multi-angle rotation allows for flexible positioning and creative lighting effects.
USB connectivity makes it compatible with a wide range of common power sources.

Cons and cautions
The light intensity may not be sufficient for use in well-lit rooms during the day.
The mechanical rotation joint may become loose over time with frequent adjustments.
Requires a constant power connection as there is no mention of an internal battery.

Who it's for: This lamp is ideal for content creators seeking a colorful backdrop, teenagers looking to personalize their bedrooms, or anyone wanting a low-cost way to introduce soft, ambient mood lighting into a dark room.
Who should skip it: It is not suitable for those who need functional task lighting for reading, or for users who require a cordless, battery-operated device that functions without being plugged into a USB port.
🔎 Check before you buy
Confirm the total length of the USB cable with the seller to ensure it reaches your power source.
Verify the specific materials used for the base and the rotating joint to gauge long-term durability.
Ask the seller if the light color is fixed or if there are multiple color modes included in this specific model.
Check if a power adapter is included in the package or if it is just the USB cable.
💰 Value verdict: Given the high volume of successful orders and the positive feedback from thousands of buyers, this lamp offers solid value at its current price point. The significant discount makes it an accessible entry-level decorative piece that delivers the trendy aesthetic it promises without a large financial commitment.
💡 Tips
Place the lamp further away from the wall to create a larger, softer light circle, or closer for a sharper, more intense ring.
Use a high-quality USB wall plug to ensure the light remains flicker-free during extended use.
Clean the lens gently with a microfiber cloth to maintain the clarity of the projected colors.
Questions about this product
Can I change the colors of the rainbow projection?
The product description mentions a rainbow effect, but you should confirm with the seller if it is a single fixed color pattern or if it features adjustable modes.
Does this lamp come with a remote control?
A remote is not mentioned in the basic specifications, so it is best to assume manual operation unless you verify otherwise with the seller.
Is the lamp bright enough to light up a whole room?
This is designed as an atmosphere or accent lamp, meaning it provides a localized glow rather than acting as a primary light source for a large area.
