Shipping, customs & returns

General information that applies to every product on InstaShop. Product-specific data (price in US$, price history and tracking facts) is on each product page.

🚚 Shipping

AliExpress ships most items worldwide, usually within 2–4 weeks with a tracking number. Some sellers offer faster paid shipping. Whether an item ships to your address, the shipping cost and the delivery time depend on the seller and your country, and are shown on the AliExpress product page before you pay.

🧾 Import duty and VAT

It depends on your country's rules and the order value. In some places (for example the EU, the UK and Australia) VAT/GST is usually collected at AliExpress checkout; elsewhere any charges are set by your customs authority, not by InstaShop.

🔒 Buyer Protection and returns

Payment and purchase happen on AliExpress with Buyer Protection: if an item never arrives or is not as described, you can open a dispute and get a refund, typically within 15 days of delivery. Returns are handled with the AliExpress seller; InstaShop is not the seller and does not process returns.

💰 Is the price final?

Prices on InstaShop are from our latest check, converted to US dollars. The final price is set by AliExpress and shown in your currency at checkout; during sales (e.g. SuperDeals) it is often lower. Shipping and any local import taxes are separate.

💡 Before you buy

On the AliExpress product page, check reviews with real buyer photos, the delivery time to your country, and sizes or specs where relevant.

🏬 Partner stores

Stylewe, Noracora, ChicMe and Openhagen products are sold and shipped by that store, under its own shipping and returns policy.
