The HOMEFISH LED Sunset Projection Lamp is a specialized mood lighting fixture designed to simulate the warm, atmospheric glow of a sunset within your living space. Powered via a USB connection, this compact device projects a circular gradient of light onto walls or ceilings, making it a popular choice for photography backdrops, social media content creation, or simply adding a calming aesthetic to a bedroom or living room. Its primary appeal lies in its simplicity and the specific visual effect it creates, which can transform the ambiance of a room without requiring complex installation.
With over five thousand orders and a high buyer rating, this product has established a significant presence in the market. The design appears focused on portability and ease of use, catering to those who want a quick way to enhance their interior decor or lighting setup. While it is marketed for parties and photography, its performance depends heavily on the distance from the wall and the ambient light levels in the room, as it is intended to be an accent piece rather than a primary light source.
โ Pros
High buyer satisfaction scores suggest the light effect matches the marketing images.
The massive number of orders indicates a reliable manufacturing process and consistent quality.
USB power compatibility makes it versatile for use with power banks, laptops, or wall adapters.
Compact form factor allows for easy placement in tight spaces or for travel.
Cons and cautions
Requires a dark environment to be effective, as the projection may wash out in daylight.
The build quality at this price point is typically lightweight plastic, which may feel less premium.
Limited functionality beyond the single projection effect.

Who it's for: This lamp is ideal for content creators, photographers, and students looking for an affordable way to improve their room aesthetics. It serves well as a background light for videos or a relaxing nightlight for those who enjoy warm, golden-hour tones.
Who should skip it: It is not suitable for those needing functional task lighting or individuals who require a light that can illuminate a large, bright room. It is also not for users who lack a nearby USB power source.
๐ Check before you buy
Confirm the length of the USB cable to ensure it reaches your intended power outlet.
Ask the seller if the lamp head is adjustable or if it remains in a fixed position.
Verify if the projection color is fixed or if there are interchangeable films included.
Check the total height of the stand to see if it fits your shelf or desk space.
๐ฐ Value verdict: Given the high volume of successful orders and the strong rating, this lamp offers excellent value. The current discount makes it a low-risk purchase for anyone wanting to experiment with mood lighting. It is priced fairly for a decorative accessory that has been well-received by thousands of previous customers.
๐ก Tips
Place the lamp further from the wall to create a larger, softer circle of light, or closer for a more intense, defined glow.
Use a high-quality USB wall plug to ensure the LED receives consistent power without flickering.
Try projecting the light into a corner to create a more immersive, three-dimensional color gradient.
Questions about this product
Can I change the colors of the sunset projection?
The product name does not mention a remote or RGB features, so you should assume it projects a single sunset tone unless you confirm otherwise with the seller.
Does this lamp come with a power adapter?
It is listed as a USB lamp, which usually means it includes the cable but requires you to provide your own USB wall charger or power source.
Is the light bright enough to read by?
No, this is designed as an atmospheric mood light and photography prop, not as a functional reading or task lamp.
