🔍 In-depth analysis
This 16-inch laptop features a 1920x1200 IPS display paired with an Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor and a dedicated Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card with 6GB of VRAM. Storage and memory options range up to 32GB of RAM and up to a 2TB SSD, and the machine arrives preloaded with Windows 11 Pro. On paper, it presents a traditional mid-tier gaming configuration from previous hardware cycles housed within a modern 16:10 display format.
However, prospective shoppers must look past the spec sheet branding. The Core i7-6700HQ and GTX 1060 were originally released years ago, meaning the core architecture is significantly dated. Furthermore, the processor lacks official compatibility with Windows 11 on Microsoft's standard requirements list, indicating potential reliance on bypassed installation methods. Combined with a very small order volume, this listing demands thorough scrutiny before commitment.
✅ Pros
Dedicated Nvidia GTX 1060 with 6GB VRAM provides adequate graphical capability for older games and general media.
16-inch 1920x1200 IPS display offers a productivity-friendly 16:10 aspect ratio and wide viewing angles.
Flexible configuration options up to 32GB of memory and up to 2TB of solid-state storage.
Early buyer reception reflects a flawless initial score, despite coming from a very small sample size.
Cons and cautions
The internal hardware is multiple generations behind modern computing standards, limiting performance in newer software.
The current asking price tier is remarkably high for components originally launched years ago.
A minimal order count provides insufficient track record regarding long-term reliability and build quality.

This analysis is written with an AI model from the product data (name, category, price, rating and orders), not from a hands-on test. How we choose and score
Who it's for: Casual gamers or enthusiasts focusing strictly on older PC titles, esports games, or lightweight productivity tasks who want a dedicated GPU and a 16:10 IPS screen without needing cutting-edge processing power.
Who should skip it: Anyone hoping to run modern, demanding AAA titles, users needing guaranteed long-term official OS update support, or shoppers seeking contemporary performance efficiency at this asking tier.
🔎 Check before you buy
Confirm the exact battery capacity, charger wattage, and laptop weight directly with the seller.
Ask how Windows 11 Pro is installed and whether future OS updates can be received normally given the legacy CPU.
Verify whether the internal components (CPU/GPU) are brand-new surplus or refurbished parts.
Inquire about the specific brand, generation, and read/write speeds of the installed RAM and SSD.
💰 Value verdict: Considering the presence of legacy silicon like the i7-6700HQ and GTX 1060, the current price point feels disproportionately high, even after factoring in the displayed discount. Given modern alternatives available on the market, this unit offers questionable value unless the asking price drops significantly.
💡 Tips
Benchmark thermals immediately upon arrival to confirm that the cooling configuration properly manages both the CPU and GPU under load.
Test system updates right away to verify that the preinstalled Windows 11 Pro configuration remains stable and serviceable.
Thoroughly cross-shop contemporary entry-level machines to ensure you are not paying modern laptop rates for older hardware architecture.
Questions about this product
Can this laptop run modern AAA games smoothly?
Newer, graphically demanding titles will struggle substantially due to the older quad-core CPU architecture and legacy GPU. It is primarily suited for older games, lightweight indie titles, or esports with reduced graphical settings.
Does the Intel Core i7-6700HQ officially support Windows 11?
No, Microsoft's official Windows 11 system requirements generally mandate an 8th-generation Intel processor or newer. While this device arrives with Windows 11 Pro, it likely relies on an installation workaround that could complicate future system updates.
What is the laptop made of, and how long does the battery last?
The product specifications do not list chassis materials, dimensions, or battery capacity. You should contact the seller directly to get these physical metrics before making a buying decision.
