🔍 In-depth analysis
The Delux M618 PLUS enters the ergonomic market as a specialized solution for users suffering from wrist fatigue or those looking to prevent repetitive strain injuries. Unlike traditional flat mice, this vertical model adopts a 'handshake' position, which is designed to reduce forearm twisting and pressure on the carpal tunnel area. While branded with 'gaming' features like RGB lighting and a 6-button layout, its primary strength lies in its posture-correcting silhouette. The device offers a maximum of 4000 DPI, providing enough sensitivity for both high-resolution office work and casual gaming sessions.
With over 130 orders and a very high buyer rating near the top of the scale, the market reception for this specific model is notably positive. The listing indicates both wired and wireless options, suggesting a versatile range of configurations within the same product family. Delux has established itself as a veteran in the vertical mouse niche, and this PLUS version appears to be a refined iteration of their signature design, focusing on stability and a comfortable grip for right-handed users.
✅ Pros
Excellent buyer satisfaction with a rating that suggests high build quality and reliable performance.
Ergonomic vertical orientation effectively minimizes wrist strain compared to standard flat mice.
Versatile 4000 DPI sensor allows for precise tracking across various screen sizes and tasks.
Cons and cautions
Significant learning curve for users accustomed to traditional mice, often taking several days to master.
The vertical height makes it bulkier and less portable for those who frequently travel with their laptop.
From our data
3 variants on one listing: price and spec change with the option you pick
This analysis is written with an AI model from the product data (name, category, price, rating and orders), not from a hands-on test. How we choose and score
Who it's for: This mouse is ideal for right-handed office professionals, designers, or casual gamers who spend upwards of eight hours a day at their computer and want to prioritize long-term wrist health and comfort over traditional mouse aesthetics.
Who should skip it: It is not suitable for left-handed users or competitive eSports players who require the ultra-lightweight, low-profile designs typically used for high-speed flick shots in first-person shooters.
🔎 Check before you buy
Confirm whether the specific variant you are selecting is the wired or the wireless version.
Ask the seller for the exact physical dimensions to ensure it fits your hand size comfortably.
Verify the battery type (built-in rechargeable or AA/AAA) if you are opting for the wireless model.
Inquire about the cable length if you are choosing the wired version to ensure it reaches your PC tower.
💰 Value verdict: Considering the high user rating and the substantial discount currently offered, this mouse represents a solid value proposition. It sits in a competitive price bracket where you expect durability, and the positive feedback from existing owners suggests it delivers on its ergonomic promises without the premium price tag of high-end Western brands.
💡 Tips
Give yourself at least a full week of exclusive use to build the muscle memory required for the vertical grip.
Experiment with the DPI button to find a setting that allows you to navigate the screen with minimal arm movement.
