מה התוסף עושה

התוסף בונה חתימה למייל (עברית/אנגלית) ומוסיף אותה לכל מייל שאתם כותבים ב-Gmail, ב-Outlook באתר (outlook.live.com / outlook.office.com) וב-Yahoo Mail. מתחת לחתימה הוא מוסיף כברירת מחדל כרטיס "מומלץ · InstaShop" עם מוצר מהקטלוג של InstaShop (קישור שותפים). את הכרטיס אפשר לכבות בכל רגע בהגדרות התוסף, ולמחוק מכל מייל לפני השליחה.

מה התוסף קורא מהמייל

כדי להכניס את החתימה, התוסף ניגש בדפדפן שלכם לאזור הכתיבה של המייל ולשדה הנושא. הנושא נקרא רק במחשב שלכם, כדי לזהות אם הוא בעברית או באנגלית ולבחור את שפת החתימה. התוסף לא שולח לשום מקום את נושא המייל, את התוכן, את הנמענים, את כתובת המייל שלכם או שום מידע אחר מתיבת הדואר.

המלצת מוצר וקישורי שותפים

הכרטיס מסומן "בחסות InstaShop". בנוסף, כל חתימה שנוצרת בתוסף כוללת שורה קטנה "בחסות InstaShop · חתימה חינמית למייל" עם קישור לחנות – גם כשכרטיס המוצר כבוי. הקישור בו הוא קישור שותפים: אם מקבל המייל לוחץ וקונה, InstaShop עשויה לקבל עמלה מ-AliExpress – בלי עלות נוספת לאף אחד. לחיצה עוברת דרך instasite.store (לספירת לחיצות כללית) ומשם לעמוד המוצר. התוסף לא משנה קישורים אחרים, לא מוסיף עוגיות ולא פועל באתרים אחרים.

שימוש מוגבל (Limited Use)

המידע משמש רק להפעלת התוסף: הצגת החתימה, בחירת מוצר והצגת תמונה שהעליתם, וספירות שימוש אנונימיות כלליות לשיפור התוסף. אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע, לא משתמשים בו לפרסום מותאם אישית או לבדיקת אשראי ולא מעבירים אותו לאחרים. Privacy policy (English) – "Email Signature for Gmail & Outlook + Deals"

Who we are. The extension is operated by InstaShop (shop.instasite.store). Contact: support@instasite.store. Not made by or affiliated with Google, Microsoft or Yahoo.

What it does. It builds an email signature (Hebrew/English) and adds it to every email you write in Gmail, Outlook on the web (outlook.live.com / outlook.office.com) and Yahoo Mail. Under the signature it adds, by default, a "Recommended · InstaShop" card with a product from the InstaShop catalog (affiliate link). You can turn the card off at any time in the extension settings and delete it from any email before sending.

What is stored, and where. The signature details you enter (name, title, company, address, phone, email, website, links, colour, design) and your settings are saved in chrome.storage.sync – in your browser and, if Chrome sync is on, in your Google account so they follow you to your other computers. They are not sent to us. Removing the extension deletes them. An uploaded photo (optional, only if you click "Upload"): resized in your browser to 144×144, sent to the InstaShop server, re-encoded without metadata (EXIF/location) and stored at a random public address so it can show for the people who receive your emails. Anyone with that address can see it. To delete it, email us the address.

What it reads from your email. To insert the signature, the extension accesses the compose area and the subject field in your browser. The subject is read only on your computer, to detect Hebrew or English and pick the signature language. The extension never sends the subject, the body, the recipients, your email address or anything else from your mailbox.

What is sent to our server. Product request (only while the card is on): just the email language (he/en) and the extension version – no user ID, no cookies, no email content. The server returns one product and counts an aggregate impression (product ID and time) not linked to you. Photo upload – only if you choose to upload. As with any website, our server and Cloudflare (which carries and protects the traffic) process technical connection data such as IP address, for security and rate limiting only.

Anonymous usage counters (from version 1.0.5). The extension sends our server only an event name from a fixed list plus the extension version: install, version update, "active today" (once a day), "signature saved", "email composed in Gmail / Outlook / Yahoo" (at most once a day per service), whether the product card is on or off, the number of the chosen design (1–9) and "sponsor line shown" (once a day). The server keeps only a total count per day (date, version, event, count). There is no user or device ID, no cookies, no stored IP address, and none of your signature details, email addresses, recipients, subjects or email content are sent. The counts cannot be linked to you. To stop it, remove the extension (right-click the icon → "Remove from Chrome"); that stops all sending.

Product recommendation & affiliate links. The card is labelled "Sponsored by InstaShop". In addition, every signature made with the extension includes a small line "Sponsored by InstaShop · free email signature" linking to the shop – also when the product card is off. Its link is an affiliate link: if the recipient clicks and buys, InstaShop may earn a commission from AliExpress at no extra cost to anyone. A click goes through instasite.store (aggregate click count) to the product page. The extension does not modify other links, set cookies, or run on other websites.

Limited Use. Data is used only to run the extension (show your signature, pick a product, show a photo you uploaded) and for aggregate anonymous usage counts that help us improve it; it is never sold, never used for personalized ads or creditworthiness, and never transferred to others. The use of information received from the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Children, rights, changes. Not directed to children under 13. Contact us with any request at support@instasite.store. Material changes are announced here and on the Chrome Web Store listing before they take effect.
